Tator Tot Casserole

This is a family favorite of ours... it is on the regular monthly rotation in our home. Rebekah even had it at her birthday party dinner last year! I got this recipe from my mom. I hope you enjoy it!

Tator Tot Casserole makes 4-6 servings                    
This casserole was doubled and the tator tots were orderly put
 on by two first-borns... Rebekah and Joshua! :-D
1 lb ground hamburger or ground turkey
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped white or yellow onion
1/2 cup green pepper
10 1/2 oz can cream soup (celery best)
approx 10 oz frozen cauliflower, cooked
1/2 c grated cheese
16 oz tator tots
Brown meat, then add celery, onion, gr. pepper. Drain off grease. Add cauliflower, soup, and cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees until brown and bubbly. YUM!
