Homeschool Science

We've been having fun in our homeschool year so far! My youngest is in kindergarten, and she is exploring all kinds of things. Since last week was A week, she tried to see if apples would float or sink one day in science! Here is the picture:

My son has been talking about environments and niches, and he did an experiment in his backyard habitat. Here is the picture of him:

My oldest daughter is studying Apologia General Science this year, and has done several experiments so far. Here are some pictures of an experiment that she did this past week. In her experiment, she was combining vinegar and baking soda, as well as water from red cabbage. It was cool as the water changed colors more than once! She's always loved science, and she is really enjoying her experiments this year!

Our other subjects that we are studying are lots of fun too, but not as picturesque! I'm sure we will have more fun with science as the year goes on!
