Mother's Day 2020

I had another lovely Mother's Day this year. We had monkey bread for breakfast, with coffee, of course. We had church at home again this week, with the 4 pastors remarks about their mothers. I enjoyed the service! We took pictures after church, as usual, I always love them. My oldest had her hair straightened this year, which doesn't happen often! She also got her braces off a few months ago, so that is a difference this year too!
My 17-year-old is taller than me! He was trying to get me to hold his leg up... this is better!
 Love that fancy smile!
My 13-year-old is getting tall too!
My youngest got several inches cut off of her hair, recently. She is growing up too!
Love the squishy faces pictures!
I enjoyed watching the kids hang out in the backyard. Two were playing catch!

The other two kids were reading...
Our yummy dinner... (spicy!) chicken shawarma, rice and a salad.
My sweet gifts... chocolate, a caramel box (so good!) and yummy raspberry jam!
What about you? How was your Mother's Day? Did you do anything special? I'd love to hear about it!

Deuteronomy 5:16
“Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and that it may go well with you in the land the Lord your God is giving you.

Psalm 139:13
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.

Isaiah 49:15
“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you!

Mark 3:35
Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.”
