Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

I have made this recipe for years at Christmas time. Last year I discovered a new recipe online somewhere, and we like this recipe so much better! It is very peanut-buttery and so tasty!

Here is the recipe:

Peanut Butter Kisses

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 egg

18 Hershey's kisses

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg. 

 Shape into one-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

 While baking, unwrap kisses and set aside.  (This is a good task for kids!)
When you remove the cookies from oven, immediately press a kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

 This recipe is easy to double or triple, and it is gluten-free!
