We had a fantastic, fabulous and fun F week last week in homeschool kindergarten! We discussed family, friends, four, five, firemen and firehouses, a fire escape plan. We talked about feathers, played with the felt board, the fire truck puzzle, colored the US flag, discussed fish, flowers and feet. We made a flower collage, a family book, and discussed FALL too!
Here is my daughter in her new Halloween costume making an F with four forks...
Here we folded a paper into four parts...
Part of our homeschool F week has always been Funny Faces...Silly kids!
And of course the big kids had to get in on it too...
Goofballs! Oh wait, that's next week for G week... we will eat green grapes!
Isaiah 40:6-8
A voice says, “Cry out.” And I said, “What shall I cry?” “All people are like grass, and all their faithfulness is like the flowers of the field. The grass withers and the flowers fall, because the breath of the Lord blows on them. Surely the people are grass. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.”
Luke 12:27
“Consider how the wild flowers grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.
(just talked about this verse in my Sunday School this past week!)
