We had another great week in homeschool kindergarten last week discussing NUMBERS! We talked about one through five. Monday was one day, Tuesday was two day and so on. We did lots of counting, adding, subtracting, writing and reading with numbers. In the past I've done kindergarten weeks with numbers 6-10 and then a water week, but we completed our hours and were ready to be done for the summer!
We used our new 3-D shapes kit and counted sides and corners on them...
Every day Bethany wrote the number of the day on these printable from Pinterest. She also did math pages in her new grades 1-2 math book.
On the last day of school we had donut holes for breakfast! We completed 30 lessons in our reading program and will continue that in the fall. We may do some water activities this next week and will keep up on math during the summer! When is your last week of homeschool? Did you do anything special on the last day? I'd love to hear about it!
Genesis 2:24
That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
Genesis 6:19
You are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive with you.
Matthew 12:40
For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be threedays and three nights in the heart of the earth.
