In the middle of the week, we spent time just hanging out at my brother's home. One day we went to a cute, nearby port town to be tourists. We drove down and looked off the seawall, saw some sea turtles, jellyfish and fish, and then did a little shopping. We went out for dinner at Whataburger (they don't have them in Colorado!). We went to downtown Corpus Christi to Cole Park. The kids and cousin Cal played on the playground, and we flew a kite until dark. It was lots of fun!

We loved the PALM TREES! Another thing we don't have in Colorado...

My sister and her kids got there! Uncle Tim loved on Anna...
It was so nice to relax and enjoy lots of family time! My parents were there too, so we played lots of games and enjoyed my brother's AMAZING cooking... he has his own smoker! YUM!

But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
