Music Monday: "Glorious Day"

I have been loving all of my Casting Crowns CDs lately. I recently downloaded their CD, "Until the Whole World Hears", which I have really been enjoying. I find their songs to be lyrically powerful and the music is varied and easy to sing along to-- at home or in the car! :-D This CD is not their latest one-- it is a few years old. Their new CD, "Come to the Well" is wonderful too-- I'm partial to the "Courageous" song.

Last Sunday morning, I heard "Glorious Day" and it was stuck in my head the whole day. My hubby asked me what songs we could sing at the evening baptism/ hymn sing, and I said, "Glorious Day", since this song is based on a hymn. We found it in our hymnal after a little searching, and we did sing it at the service! I love the message of this song-- it sums up the gospel message very well! I'm so thankful to Jesus for His sacrifice that He endured for ME! (and YOU!)
