Recipe: Cream Cheese Pie

This is a recipe that my mom has made for many years at the holidays. It is pretty quick and easy, and delicious too!

Cream Cheese Pie
Ingredients:
2- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar or 1/4 c honey

graham cracker crust OR
vanilla wafers and cupcake liners
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Cherry pie filling

Directions:
Beat together at high speed until smooth. Pour into crust or into cupcake liners with a vanilla wafer in the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool 20 minutes.

Blend together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour over pie and spread. Bake for 5 more minutes at 450 degrees. Top with cherry pie filling after baking. Enjoy!

Let me know if you make it, I'd love to hear your review!

Exodus 16:31
The people of Israel called the bread manna. It was white like coriander seed and tasted like wafers made with honey.

Numbers 11:8-9
The people went around gathering it, and then ground it in a hand mill or crushed it in a mortar. They cooked it in a pot or made it into loaves. And it tasted like something made with olive oil. When the dew settled on the camp at night, the manna also came down.

Deuteronomy 8:16
He gave you manna to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never known, to humble and test you so that in the end it might go well with you.

Joshua 5:12
The manna stopped the day after they ate this food from the land; there was no longer any manna for the Israelites, but that year they ate the produce of Canaan.
